This platform provides coordination services and explicitly states:
- Does NOT operate aircraft.
- Does NOT maintain an aircraft fleet inventory.
- Does NOT employ flight crew members.

All aviation services are performed by licensed third-party operators under applicable FAA Part 135 or international regulations.

Limitation of Liability & Use
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this platform is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational changes initiated by the third-party aviation provider. All travel-related liability rests solely with the operating carrier under their specific terms of carriage.
Users agree not to misrepresent their identity or travel intent, or attempt to disrupt the coordination systems and availability workflows of this platform. We reserve the right to refuse coordination services for any reason consistent with applicable law.
